When such situations arise, we want you to know that there are a variety of resources available to help you address these issues in a timely manner.
In these instances, we encourage you to contact and communicate with the teams or individuals listed below who are dedicated to helping you navigate the issues you have encountered:
- Your Success Coach for course registration, scheduling, and similar matters.
- Your Financial Solutions Advisor for any FAFSA, tuition, scholarship, payment, or other financial matters.
- Your professor if the matter involves a course-specific issue such as grading.
Contact the Student Resolution Services Team
If your issue was not resolved after communicating with one of the previously mentioned teams or individuals, please complete and submit the form below to contact the Student Resolution Services team.Â
Upon submission, you will be notified that your complaint was received by the Student Resolution Services team and we will review the issue in question and contact other UMGC departments and experts for further guidance. Once we have collected the critical information, we’ll contact you directly with a solution or serve as an intermediary between the other parties involved.
Our team is dedicated to helping you find a satisfying resolution to your issue. We’re happy to assist you in solving conflicts pertaining to grading, customer service, financial and funding issues, obtaining your transcripts, and more.
UMGC also has teams dedicated to resolving issues related to Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, and fair practices, as well as issues that do not follow the Student Resolution Services team’s process. Please contact the related team to file your complaint in these instances.
